Pool 2018

 We finally decided to take the leap and get a pool. We broke ground on June 19th and were filling it up by July 3rd! What a difference 13 working days makes! The entire family is absolutely loving it and we are so excited for years of joyful memories created in this backyard.

 Yes we had a ground breaking ceremony.

 The kids were so fascinated watching them work.

 Otis thinks this is his new doghouse.

 We had the best time playing in the pool as it got filled up.

 Laying sod was a beating! So glad I had a little helper.

 Time to relax and enjoy the finished product.

Chalk Art

 So my mom got this new chalk art book and I took one look and thought it was going to be way to hard. I decided to give it a go and kind of impressed myself. May chalk game is now at a whole new level!

Couples Shower

We hosted a couples shower at our home for around 80 people. I absolutely love the way it turned out and the festoon lights over the front yard totally made it. It was great catching up with friends and making memories at our home.
